The Commonwealth and Sierra Clubs of California Present…
A Special Event Celebrating the Most Famous Grizzly Bear in the World

Tuesday, OCTOBER 27, 2015 at 6pm

In celebration of his new critically-acclaimed book on Grizzly Bear 399, legendary nature photographer Thomas D. Mangelsen has been asked by the Commonwealth Club in San Francisco to give a special public presentation and you are invited! Together with author Todd Wilkinson, Tom will be discussing many of the images appearing in Grizzlies of Pilgrim Creek, An Intimate Portrait of 399, the Most Famous Bear of Greater Yellowstone. It promises to be an inspiring and hair-raising evening as Tom and Todd discuss the life and death struggles of grizzlies in America's wild backyard in the West and plans to remove grizzlies from federal protection.

Mangelsen supporters will receive a special rate for the program. Type the words “Sierra Special” into the coupon box when you register online and you will receive a reduced ticket rate of only $12. Tom and Todd will be available to autograph the new book and you’ll be able to have yourself photo-bombed with a giant likeness of Grizzly 399!
